DRAFT
As is tradition, live draft will be held Labor Day weekend, (TBD pending NFL schedule), 2026 at 5pm. Any rule changes will be proposed and reviewed at this time. The order for the 2026 draft was pre-drawn and is posted below. The order in which managers select their draft spot for next year (2027) will be determined in a way decided by the 2025 winner (RiskyBiscuit). Draft will operate in the standard snake format for 15 rounds.

Note that it organizes traded picks differently. Traded picks are placed directly under the current pick owners column so all of your teams picks are directly under your team name. Pay attention to the round.pick number format.

FEES and PAYOUTS
Manager fees are $180 due no later than draft day. With 12 teams, payouts will be:
1st: $1100
2nd: $500
3rd: $220
4th: $120
Consolation Winner: $100

The previous year's loser will pay an additional $15 for the trophy plaque. (2025 loser - WWM)

SURVIVOR POOL
Each week, the team with the lowest points scored will be eliminated. Last team standing wins the pot ($10 from each team's dues, $120 total).

SCORING
The following scoring changes have been made for the 2026 season:

• None

All other score settings are posted on Yahoo and will remain the same from 2025.

LEAGUE MANAGEMENT
The following additional rules are always in effect:

1. Each manager must start a player in every position each week.
   • In the event a manager does not start a complete team, the previous weeks lineup will be used.
   • The previous weeks lineup will be used regardless of whether or not players from the previous week are on a bye or injured.
   • In the event a player from the previous weeks lineup has been dropped or traded, the bench player with the highest Start % for the current week, according to Yahoo, will be used.
   • In the event a manager does not start a complete team in week 1, the team will be set based on the order the players were drafted.
2. In the event the league cancels or postpones a game, the Commissioner will work on resolution with the impacted managers. If a solution cannot be reached, the fantasy league will accept the scoring of the fantasy platform as-is regardless of whether or not players in a lineup have played, or, at the discretion of the Commissioner, put a solution to a vote for all managers.
3. Managers who intentionally degrade the integrity of the league will have their moves undone by the Commissioner and, if necessary, their teams locked. If their team is locked, they will forfeit their dues for the league year. Any winnings to the manager, previously won in the season or won going forward, may be voided and placed into the league pool for the following year.
4. These rules are final for the season. Should changes be required they will be put to a vote for all managers. In the event of a tie the Commissioner will deliver the final ruling.

WAIVERS
Picking up players on waiver will use Free Agent Acquisition Budgets (FAAB).

• Annual starting budget is $100
• Offers are blind until waivers process
• Your offer can range from $0 to the remainder of your budget
• Highest offer at the end of the waiver period signs the player
• Offer amount is deducted from the winning manager's budget
• Ties are broken by Continual Rolling List waiver priority.
  • Initial waiver priority will be reverse draft order

TRADES
Commissioner approves all trades by default. With draft pick trading involved, the Commissioner will not evaluate trades for fairness since managers value players and picks differently based on team needs and timing throughout the year. Managers are welcome to object to trades that occur. These objections may or may not be taken into consideration. Trades accepted in error can be reversed if all managers involved agree.


KEEPER RULES

1. Each team may select up to two (2) keepers.
2. Keepers must be submitted at least 48 hours before the draft time. They will be made public at the time they are submitted on the draft board at the link above.
3. If you keep a player you drafted last year, he will take a draft slot two rounds higher than his previous years draft slot.
4. If you keep a player for consecutive years, he continues to consume a slot two rounds higher each year.
5. You cannot keep a player that was slotted in your 1st or 2nd round draft slot last year.
6. Traded players are slotted two rounds higher than their original draft position.
7. You may keep a player that was picked up off waivers​​​​​​​​...
   1. If the player was not drafted last year, his keeper value will be determined by current years ADP
   2. If the player was drafted by another team and dropped, his keeper value will be determined by current years ADP
   3. If the player was drafted by you, then draft position determines keeper position regardless of whether you kept the player the entire year, he was dropped and added by other teams or traded at any point during the season.
   4. In other words, once a player is dropped, the ability to keep him at the originally drafted position is gone unless he is reacquired by the original team (regardless of method reacquired)
   5. ADP is determined by Yahoo, 48 hours prior to the leagues draft. Average draft pick will be used, round adjusted for the number of teams in the league and rounded up. Example: Yahoo ADP of 96.6/12 = 8.05, rounded up to Round 9.
8. The player you wish to keep must be on your roster in week 17
9. If you trade away a draft pick it may make you ineligible for a keeper. Example: You elect to keep Ben Tate who you drafted in the 5th round but you trade away your 3rd round pick. You cannot sacrifice your 3rd round pick therefore you cannot keep your 5th round player.

PLAYOFFS
Six teams will be awarded playoff spots. The teams with the best 5 records will be awarded a playoff spot. The 6th playoff spot will be awarded to the team with the highest number of total points for. If the team with the highest total points for finishes in the top five, the team with the second highest will be used. This elimination process will be used until a team who is not in the top five is awarded the 6th spot.
